Can We Talk - Family Communication

Updated: May 8

ree

This seminar-style talk teaches parents and their 9-19 year old children how to communicate better and resolve problems at school, at home or in the community.     Designed to have both parent and child attend, we cover how to improve your, & your son or daughter’s, ability to think critically, use communication skills more wisely and compassionately. Family members will learn self-awareness and social management strategies that are practical and easy.

Additionally, ways to show positive character traits such as confidence, acceptance, perseverance, respect, responsibility and understanding are shared. Finally, what to do when either party is at their wits end is explored.

This course is not (intended as) counseling. It is an opportunity to learn simple techniques for personal and family success.
